Crash shut down bridge between Kentucky and Illinois

 WICKLIFFE, Ky. — A spokesperson with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet reports the US 51/US 60/US 62 Ohio River Bridge between Wickliffe and Cairo is back open and traffic is moving after a multi-vehicle crash.


We're told the incident possibly involved at least three cars.

The exact location of the crash is unclear at this time.
 
However, early indications are that the crash blocked the Kentucky approach levee to the bridge and delayed traffic for some time.

No other information is being released right now.
