One person injured, one person arrested in early morning shootingCARBONDALE, Ill. — Police are investigating a shooting in the 800 block of East Grand Avenue in Carbondale around 3:00a.m. Saturday. Investigators said they found one person with a single gunshot wound when arriving to the scene. The victim was taken to the hospital to be treated with non-life threatening injuries.
According to police a suspect was identified and arrested but investigators are not releasing any more information on that individual or the specific charges.
