Southern Illinois man gets 12 years for arson

HARRISBURG, Ill. - A southern Illinois judge has sentenced a man to 12 years in prison for arson.
   
The Southern Illinoisan reports that 43-year-old John W. Lutwinski of Harrisburg pleaded guilty Friday. Authorities say he threw a bottle filled with gasoline, lit it with a rag and threw it under a trailer. No one was hurt in the 2010 incident.
   
Lutwinski faced up to 15 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
