UPDATE - 9:00 a.m.
Measureable snow is giving way to flurries with colder and blustery conditions sweeping in from the west. The very cold breezy conditions will continue today with westerly winds increasing to between 10 and 20 mph with higher gusts. In its wake... cold high pressure will set up over the Ohio River valley and remain in place through Thursday. Dry weather is anticipated through this time frame with temperatures running some 10 to 15 degrees below normal.
