MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. - The McCracken County Fiscal Court Tuesday night took another step toward the possibility of taking over the administrative arm of the Paducah Area Community Reuse Organization, or PACRO.

County commissioners met for a workshop to discuss some of the specifics of a takeover.

Stipulations included hiring an administrator and clerk using PACRO funds, adding more transparency to financial statements.

They also want to restructuring the company's "reuse" plan.

Judge Executive Van Newberry says in the past 15-years, PACRO has made just $30,000 selling assets from the plant.
