Investigation nets 7 arrests, meth and semi-automatic handguns
MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. — A joint investigation by multiple agencies led to the arrests of seven people Friday evening. The investigation also netted the collection of more than $70,000 worth of Crystal Methamphetamine, $22,600 in US currency, two semi-automatic handguns and an AR-15 semi-automatic rifle.
The McCracken County Sheriff's Department, the Marshall County Sheriff's Department, the Kentucky State Police and the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms carried out the investigation.
Investigators arrested Stacey Perez, 35 years old, of Paducah, KY on Possession of Methamphetamine, Tampering with Physical Evidence, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Timothy Perez, 39 years old, of Paducah, KY was also arrested. He faces charges including Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving Under the Influence.
Darrell "Mitch" Duckett, 33 years old, of Calvert City, KY was arrested on a charge of Possession of Handgun by Convicted Felon with additional charges pending.
Crystal Green, 36 years old, of Paducah, KY faces charges of Firearm Enhanced Trafficking Methamphetamine and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. He also faces additional charges.
Barry K. Beard, 42 years old, of Marion, KY was arrested for Firearm Enhanced Trafficking Methamphetamine, Possession of Firearm by Convicted Felon, Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and three counts of Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree. Again, more charges are pending for Beard.
Brittany N. Beard, 18 years old, of Marion, KY was arrested on Complicity to Trafficking Methamphetamine, three counts of Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Additionally, Sabrina Riley 28, of Calvert City KY faces charges of Trafficking Methamphetamine and Possession of Controlled Substance 3rd Degree with more charges pending.
