Judge in Zay Jackson case recuses himself

MURRAY, Ky. - Chief Circuit Judge Dennis Foust has recused himself from the case of Murray State basketball player Zay Jackson.

Judge Foust made the announcement, saying he wants everyone to have "confidence in the court system."

A chief regional judge will now preside over the case.

The case will resume November 13.
