Juvenile faces DUI, driving without license charges after crash

GRAVES COUNTY, Ky. - A juvenile faces charges of driving under the influence and driving without a license after a crash in Graves County, Kentucky.

Sheriff Dewayne Redmon says the crash occurred Tuesday evening at the intersection of US 45 and KY 339. Redmon says the juvenile pulled into the path of a car driven by 35-year-old Faith Miller. Miller's car struck the passenger side of the other vehicle.

The juvenile was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Miller was not injured in the crash.

An investigation found the juvenile to be under the influence of a drug at the time of the crash. The driver was charged with No Operator's License and DUI 1st Offense.
