Multiple lane closures begin today on Interstate 24
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet will close lanes on multiple stretches of Interstate 24 beginning today.
Lanes are expected to be closed in Christian County between the 85 and 93 mile markers near the Tennessee State Line.
Work zone restrictions are also expected in McCracken County from mile marker 3 to mile marker 16.
KYTC will close one lane of Interstate 24 Eastbound in Lyon County, as well. The lane closures between the 53 and 55 mile markers will allow workers to repair concrete slabs in the area.
Lanes will also be closed on the Interstate 24 Tennessee River Bridge in Marshall County this week to allow for an inspection. Eastbound lanes will be affected today through Wednesday, while westbound traffic will see delays Thursday and Friday.
