One man dies, another injured in early morning crash

CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. - One man was injured and another man died early Sunday following a car crash on Bethel Road, in the Van Cleave community of Calloway County. 

Kentucky State Police said the driver of the car, 33-year-old Robert D. Bramley, of Murray, was driving northbound on Bethel Road when he lost control in curve and hit a utility pole.  
 
Bramley's passenger, 23-year-old Khiry T. Williams, of Chicago, Illinois, was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the vehicle and died.  
 
Bramley was taken to the Murray-Calloway County Hospital and then airlifted to Vanderbilt University Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee for treatment. 
 
The investigation is ongoing.
