One man injured, arrested after crash

LIVINGSTON COUNTY, Ky. — According to Kentucky State Police, one man was injured and cited for DUI 2nd Offense Friday evening. 

Investigators said Joseph Shouley was traveling west on Newbern Road in Livingston County when he lost control of his 1983 Ford pickup, veered off the side of the road and hit a telephone pole. 
 
Shouley and his passenger were not at the scene when emergency crews arrived but were located later at a nearby home. 
 
Shouley was cited for DUI 2nd Offense/Aggravated and Leaving the Scene of an Accident.
