MSU President Dunn to interview for same position at Youngstown State
MURRAY, Ky. - Murray State University President Randy Dunn is getting ready for a job interview today. He is among eight semi-finalists to be Youngstown State University's next president.
A Youngstown, Ohio newspaper, The Vindicator, reports a committee will interview Dunn and the other finalists today and tomorrow.
Murray State's Board of Regents voted last month not to renew Dunn's contract.
Youngstown State's current president, Cynthia Anderson, plans to retire July 1.
Murray State's Faculty Senate and Staff Congress plan to hold an open forum with Dunn. That forum is scheduled for next Tuesday at the Curris Center Theater in Murray from 3-4 p.m. It is open to the public.
