PRINCETON, Ky. -- A Paducah, Kentucky man has been arrested and charged with sexual activity with a minor.

Officers arrested 23 year-old Christopher Inscho, of Paducah, on two counts of rape, one count of sodomy, two counts of unlawful transaction with a minor, one count of using an electronic device to procure sex from a minor, and one count of distribution of obscene matter.

All of the charges are in connection with a complaint filed on December 21st alleging that Inscho had engaged in sexual intercourse with a 14 year-old female in a Princeton Motel on two separate occasions. Officers investigating the complaint determined that Inscho, an employee of Rue 21 in Kentucky Oaks Mall, had met the 14 year-old while she was shopping in the store.

After their initial meeting, Inscho sent sexually explicit images of himself to the juvenile and received sexually explicit images of the juvenile through a cell phone.

He then traveled to Princeton where he rented a room for December 20th and 21st at a local motel and engaged in sexual intercourse with the juvenile.

Investigating officers obtained warrants for Inscho and he was taken into custody. He is being lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
