MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. — Parents want their children to live happy, healthy and independent lives.

However, one local couple says they're worried their 6 year-old son won't be able to without the help of a very special four legged friend.

The boy's condition isn't unusual, but the one thing that will help him the most certainly is.
