Man wanted on murder charge

UNION COUNTY, IL - Two people have been charged in the homicide of a local man.  One suspect is in custody while the other is at large.

The Union County State's Attorney and Union County Sheriff announced Saturday that Tommy Reams and Michael Ellis have both been charged in connection to the death of Gerald Dziczkowski.  Dziczkowski was found dead inside his Dongola home October 22.

Reams faces two counts of First degree Murder and one count of Home Invasion.  Ellis is charged with one count of First Degree Murder.  Reams was arrested early Saturday morning and is in jail on $2-million bond. 

Authorities are searching for Michael S. Ellis.  He was last seen in the Elkville area of Jackson County.  If you see Ellis or have information that can help investigators contact the Union County Sheriff's Dept. at 618-833-5500 or the Jackson County Sheriff's Dept. at 618-684-2177.
