Tennessee woman killed in car crash

CARBONDALE, IL - We now know the name of the woman killed last night in a deadly crash in southern Illinois. Lori Maramba of Murphysboro, Tennessee was killed when she struck a pick-up truck.

Police say just before 5:30 P.M. last night, she crossed into oncoming traffic on highway 149 near Desoto and hit a Dodge pick-up.

The three people in the pick-up were injured and taken to Memorial Hospital in Carbondale. Maramba died at the scene -- she was 35.

HELLO PEOPLE a young woman not much older than myself is dead and others injured we should be thinking of them not where they r from or how it is spelled

Come on Sam. That's not the point. It's like not spelling the woman's name right. Out of respect the spelling should be correct. Come down from your high horse for a minute and join the rest of us.
