Winter weather workshop highlights seasonal outlook

This week is Winter Weather Preparedness Week here in Kentucky.  Today, the National Weather Service held its winter weather workshop in Grand Rivers.  The big topic on the agenda: The outlook for the next few months.  WPSD Weather Authority Trent Okerson was there and tells us what we might be able to expect from the next few months.  Watch his report for more.
