Dunlap jury selection moved to Wednesday

LIVINGSTON CO, KY - A possible winter storm is pushing certain trial matters for Kevin Wayne Dunlap to a different day.

Local 6 has confirmed the two jury pools will not meet tomorrow as previously scheduled.  The possiblity of winter weather convinced the judge to push jury selection to Wednesday.  Originally, two pools of 65 were to meet on Tuesday at 9:00 am and 1 pm.  The judge chose to move the matter as to not have so many people required to be on roads that may be unsafe.

The judge did say he will be meeting with attorneys for a pretrial conference on non-jury matters as previously scheduled tomorrow at 9:00 am.
