You can lose weight a whole lot easier by spending all that money on something a lot more nutritious at the grocery that might even last a whole lot longer than fast food.I am always amazed at how much I hear folks gripe about being fat and broke but they are the first ones in line at micky d's drive thru.......duh people!!!

i think i'm going to start saying that i lost weight eating at Burger King. That way i can be their spokesperson and make millions like Jared and the girl from taco bell.

I did the Weight Watchers diet for several years and over the course of it, lost 100 pounds. I ate out at least once a day from Taco Bell, Taco John's, or Subway just because it was convenient at lunch time and I didn't like cooking three meals a day for myself. I would eat items like softshell chicken tacos and club or turkey sandwiches. Most of the time I drank a large water with the meal and ate some kind of vegetables for dinner every night. Most if not all fast food chains now have nutritional information posted on their websites. I found with Weight Watchers I averaged around 1250 calories a day. When you take a look at Hardee's, for example, and a 2/3 monster thickburger has 1320 calories and 96 grams of fat... not even including fries and a soft drink, it's no surprise that America is becoming increasingly overweight!

The only weight you would lose from fast food would be from the diarrhea.
