Barbecue on the River sales down for day one due to weather

PADUCAH, Ky. - Sales are down slightly this year for day one of Barbecue on the River.

Even though sunshine appeared by lunch time, crowds weren't as quick to reappear.

Bernie Bass of Buzzard Bros. hopes he won't have to resort to fire sales due to the bad weather.

The booths re-open this morning at 11 a.m., rain or shine.
