FULTON COUNTY, Ky. - Fulton County Sheriff Bobby Hopper says that Fulton County Dispatch will be fully operational beginning at 8 a.m. tomorrow.

Sheriff Hopper advises all county residents and businesses outside the City of Hickman with an automatic alarm system installed to contact their alarm company and give them the new phone number.
