Fulton County fugitive captured in north Florida

FULTON COUNTY, Ky. - Poilce in Okaloosa County, Florida arrested 28-year-old James Savoie on Thursday evening.

Savoie is wanted for several burglaries and for rape of a minor younger than 12 years of age. The alleged crimes all took place in western Kentucky and Tennessee.

Savoie's last known address was at the Blue Bank Motel in Tiptonville, Tennessee. He also goes by the name Robert Lawrence.

Savoie is awaiting extradition back to Kentucky.
