Gluten-free lifestyle may benefit even those without allergy

PADUCAH — You may have heard of celiac's disease. People who have it are allergic to wheat and barley and will fall deathly ill from eating those ingredients.

But some believe many more of us are "gluten intolerant" and that we'd feel better if we steered clear of bread, pizza, beer and many products containing wheat flour, also known as gluten.

A local wellness center's newest program helps people go gluten-free and a new local restaurant is doing just the same.
