WASHINGTON (AP) - Israeli and Palestinian negotiators will be discussing in Washington later today how to restart peace talks.

The discussions come after Israel's Cabinet decided yesterday to free more than 100 long-held Palestinian prisoners.

Peace talks broke off five years ago.
