MARSHALL COUNTY, Ky. —  For the first time we hear from former middle school principal Kent Barlow.

On Friday, he spoke out in court moments before a judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison.

Barlow pleaded guilty to Wanton Endangerment, Unlawful Imprisonment and Assault earlier this year after an incident at his home last March when he attacked and held a woman against her will.
