Health officials in Hopkins County, Kentucky are urging people to be careful after a deadly outbreak of salmonella.
So far there are seven confirmed cases of salmonella. Four people have been hospitalized. One person has died.
Officials are trying to figure out if the cases are connected.
Symptoms of salmonellosis include diarrhea, fever, headache, and abdominal cramps.
Problems usually begin twelve hours after the person becomes infected.
