PADUCAH  - The Knights of Columbus are extending their annual Fish Fry and extra week this year. Their first evening starts tonight from 4 - 8 p.m., when the K of C will be cooking for the St. Mary School Systems. They'll continue each Friday through the Lenten season, April 15.

With Easter later than usual, that means the 40-day Lenten season also falls later than usual, and the KoC will kick in an extra week of frying and baking fish and fixing your favorite side dishes.

Menu includes fried or baked farm raised catfish, shrimp, cheese pizza, coleslaw, white beans, baked potatoes, french fries, onion rings and hush puppies. A variety of homemade desserts and drinks make the menu complete. The Paducah Knights of Columbus are located at 3028 Jefferson St.
