McCracken County man charged with trafficking meth wanted for failure to appear

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. - A McCracken County man charged with Trafficking Methamphetamine is now wanted for failing to appear in court.

Deputies arrested 49-year-old James "Jimmy" Boggess back on August 16 after finding crystal meth and money from drug sales on him.

Boggess bonded out on $5,000 bail less than 24 hours later and failed to appear at his scheduled hearing last Thursday. A $25,000 bench warrant was then issued against him.

Boggess is 5'11" tall and weighs about 200 pounds with brown and gray hair and blue eyes.
