Local woman dies in mobile home fire

ELDORADO, Ill. - A mobile home fire has claimed the life of a local woman. The Eldorado Fire Department was called to 1109 Garfield Street just after 1:00 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Crews were told someone was inside the mobile home. When they entered, they found Karen Sutton, 58, on the floor of her bedroom.  She was pronounced dead at Ferrell Hospital.

Watson Funeral Home in Eldorado is handling her arrangements.
