Multi-county investigation leads to drug arrests

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. - Two local sheriff's departments working together lead to two drug related arrests. 

Detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Department and the Marshall County Sheriff's Department wrapped up a lengthy investigation involving the making of methamphetamine on Friday evening. 
 
The investigation lead to the arrests of Timothy Ezell and Trina Groessel, both of Paducah. 
 
Ezell is charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine 1st Offense (two counts) (Both Class "B" felonies, punishable by 10-20 years), Trafficking Methamphetamine, Tampering With Physical Evidence, and Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursors (All Class "D" felonies, punishable by 1 - 5 years in prison).
 
Groessel is charged with Complicity to Manufacture Methamphetamine ( A Class "B" felony, punishable by 10 - 20 years) and Unlawful Possession of Meth Precursor (A Class "D" felony, punishable by 1 - 5 years). 
 
The investigation is ongoing and more arrests are possible.
