CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - Now that both political conventions are over, President Barack Obama and Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney are back on the campaign trail.

They're shadowing each other today in New Hampshire and Iowa.

Obama will be asking for more patience in turning around the economy.

Romney will argue that continued unemployment above 8 percent is a valid reason to fire Obama.
