WASHINGTON (AP) - President Barack Obama is traveling to New Jersey today to meet with Gov. Chris Christie and victims of superstorm Sandy.

Parts of the state have experienced massive flooding.

Power outages are still a major problem across the state and state government offices and most schools will remain closed today.

Christie says when beaches are rebuilt, they'll likely look different because boardwalks and amusement rides were washed away.
