MUHLENBERG COUNTY, Ky. - Police in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky, captured Edward Young on Tuesday.

Young escaped from the Keeton Correctional Facility in Paducah on August 29. He was serving time for theft and drug convictions.

The Muhlenberg County Sheriff's Office charged Young with Public Intoxication and Giving a Police Officer a False Name in addition to Escape Second Degree, which is a class D felony.

Young was booked in the Muhlenberg County Detention Center.
