Paducah Man Arrested on Charges of Evading Police and Trafficking Cocaine

Police arrested a man after a chase that led to the lockdown of two schools. Paducah police say they started following Luther D. Robinson in an attempt to arrest him on drug charges.

Investigators say Robinson spotted police then sped down 25th St., onto Broadway, then down Buckner Ln. Robinson jumped out of his car on Ridgewood Dr. and ran. Police told Clark Elementary School and Paducah Middle School to lock their doors. They finally used a dog to catch Robinson on Buckner Ln.

He faces numerous charges including evading police and trafficking cocaine.
