Police looking for bank robber in Illinois

BENTON, Ill. - Police are looking for a suspect after a bank robbery Friday morning at the Bank of America branch in Benton, Illinois.

Local 6 obtained a picture of the female robbery suspect.

According to "The Southern," she allegedly walked into the bank around 10 a.m. and demanded money from a bank employee.

While the robber didn't have a gun or display a weapon, she did claim to have a bomb in a bag she was carrying.

She escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash.
