PADUCAH, Ky. - Thousands of hungry people are expected to descend on downtown Paducah again today for day two of Barbecue on the River.

Vendors and patrons might be in for another wet day, but crowds did pick up throughout the evening yesterday after a slow start.

Martin Mundy with Ozene's Ribs was back at it overnight getting ready for day two.

"We've had about 100 slabs of ribs on since about midnight, and we're getting ready to take those off.  Got some chickens on and some shoulders," Mundy said

Food booths open up again at 11 a.m.
