Red giant: Firsthand account of Iraq sandstorm
IRAQ - While a rainstorm or snowstorm may slow down the daily hustle and bustle of traffic, most of us don't have to deal with sandstorms.
Local 6 photojournalist Mark Owen is deployed in Iraq with a public affairs unit and it's not the first time he's been there.
He was following Charlie Company last month on a mission about 200 miles north of Baghdad when a sandstorm hit.
