Second person arrested in Scott City, Missouri death

SCOTT CITY, Mo. - Deputies arrested a second person in connection to a Scott City woman's death.

They arrested Neil Howland's girlfriend Tiffany Warner.

Deputies say Howland killed his mother, Cynthia Canoy.

Scott County deputies found her body earlier this month in a burning car.

Warner faces charges of tampering with evidence.

She posted bond and was released from the Scott County Jail.
