Three people shot during weekend altercation, investigation is ongoing

CHARLESTON, Mo. — Three people suffered a gunshot wound during an altercation late Saturday. 

 
The Charleston Department of Public Safety received a 911 call about a person shooting a gun near the intersection of Vine and Oliver Streets.  
 
Officers later discovered three people had been shot, one in the arm, another in the buttocks and a third person was shot in the thigh.  None of the injuries are believed to be life threatening.  
 
The investigation is ongoing and right now there are no suspects in custody.
