USPS making changes in order to recoup losses

You're about to see changes at the post office so the struggling US Postal Service can better compete with FedEx and UPS.

Priority mail will get some improvements including free insurance and free online tracking.

They will start being date-specific on delivery too.

The agency is looking at ways to restructure as it faces nearly $4 billion in losses already this year.
