Clay Waller to enter guilty plea Thursday

JACKSON, Mo. - A southeast Missouri man accused of killing his wife two years ago is expected to enter a guilty plea in court Thursday afternoon.

Clay Waller is charged with First Degree Murder in the 2011 disappearance of his wife, Jacque Waller.

Jacque's body was found last week, two years after she was last seen leaving Clay's house on June 1, 2011.

Clay Waller's court appearance is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. Thursday before Judge Ben Davis.
