Late-night fire destroys garage in Cape Girardeau

A fire late last night destroyed a detached garage in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.    
    
Fire crews were called to the fire on Bloomfield Road after 9:20 last night.  They were able to put out the fire in 20 minutes, but not before the fire destroyed the building.

Fire officials estimate the damage to be anywhere from $10,000 to $12,000.

No one was injured, and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
