Kentucky:  http://511.ky.gov/kyhb/main.jsf This is the Kentucky road conditions map, but also has TRAFFIC CAMS.  Look in the lower left and click the DOT Equipment box.  Camera icons will appear across the map.  Zoom in to the part of the state you wish to view (i.e. W KY). 

For ROAD CONDITIONS click the Road Conditions box on the left.

Missouri:  http://maps.modot.mo.gov/timi/  This is the Missouri road conditions map, but also has TRAFFIC CAMS.  Look in the lower left and click the traffic cameras icon.  You will then see the traffic cams appear on the map. 

There are seven traffic cameras along I-55 in SE MO.  Those are at Hayti, Sikeston, four at Cape and Jackson, and Perryville.  Click any camera and the image appears on the right side of the screen.  Click the image for a full size picture that can then be used in our news coverage.

Missouri Department of Transportation: 1-888 ASK MODOT (275-6636)

Tennessee:  There are no traffic cameras in NW TN.  Cameras are on the Interstates around Memphis, Nashville, Chattanooga and Knoxville.  The link is http://ww2.tdot.state.tn.us/tsw/smartmap.htm

Illinois: This is the road conditions map: http://wrc.gettingaroundillinois.com/pages/wrc.htm  You can zoom to SO IL by clicking SOUTHERN on the left side of the screen.  This page also takes you to Missouri and Kentucky road conditions maps on the left side of the screen.
