State Treasurer announces new tool to help Missourians find property
JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – State Treasurer Clint Zweifel announced Tuesday that he has a new tool to help Missourians find their unclaimed property.
Missourians can now search for unclaimed property on a new website and share results with friends and family by simply clicking a button and sending an email message.
“I am constantly searching for new ways to help Missourians claim their property and using the internet is just a smart way to do it,” Treasurer Zweifel said.
To use the new share function of the new website, simply enter your friend or family member’s last name and the first few letters of their first name in the search bar.
If property matching that individual’s address or past address is found, click on the button below the search results and send an email.

Since January 2009, Treasurer Zweifel has returned $133 million in Unclaimed Property to more than 418,000 account owners
