Gunmen on motorcycle wound officer and soldier

ISLAMABAD (AP) - Militants have again attacked Pakistani
military personnel in Islamabad, apparently in retaliation for the
continuing military offensive along the Afghan border.

Gunmen on a motorcycle wounded a senior army officer and soldier
today shortly after the pair drove from the officer's home, the
third such attack in about two weeks. The gunmen sped away after
the shooting.
