New Afghan violence one day after Karzai inaugural

KABUL (AP) - One day after President Hamid Karzai vowed during
his inaugural address that he would work to improve his country's
security situation, there's been another deadly suicide bombing in
Afghanistan. Officials say a bomber killed 16 people and wounded at
least 23 others in a city square in the western part of the
country.
