MARYVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - A Fort Campbell soldier has been arrested after being arrested in a hotel in eastern Tennesee with a
15-year-old girl.

The Maryville Daily Times reported that 27-year-old Joseph Michael Pescetelli is charged with sexual exploitation of a minor
by the Blount County Sheriff's Office. Pescetelli, whose rank was not available, was arrested Friday in a hotel room with the girl
where officers reported seeing "rose petals covering the room and candles were burning."

Fort Campbell spokeswoman Cathy Gramling confirmed to the paper that Pescetelli was stationed at the post, but could not give his
rank or how long he had been in the military.

Pescetelli was being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond pending a 9 a.m. Dec. 28 court appearance. The jail did not have an attorney
listed for him.
