6 arrested in West Tenn. on TennCare fraud charges


JACKSON, Tenn. (AP) - State and West Tennessee authorities say
they've charged six people with TennCare fraud, including a mother
and her daughter arrested for a second time.
The Jackson Sun quoted a release from the TennCare inspector
general in reporting 22-year-old Kimberly Michelle Dallas and her
42-year-old mother Cheryl Lynn McGuire - both of Dyersburg - were
charged this week in Gibson County. They had been earlier charged
with prescription forgery in December in Dyer County.
The others charged were 36-year-old Tonya C. Isbell Raybon of
Rutherford, 24-year-old Felicia B. Hughey of Dyer, 31-year-old Tina
Sue Clifton of Dyer and 26-year-old Jeremy A. Kirby of Dyer.
The charges relate to obtaining powerful painkillers
