UNION CITY, Tenn. - A former pastor, who police say plotted to poison his wife while she was in Honduras, turned himself in to police Friday.

Union City Police arrested Edward Mallonee Friday morning.

A grand jury indicted Mallonee and one of his members, Shelley Moran, for conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

Police say the two talked about poisoning Mallonee's wife from 2011 to 2012.

Moran turned herself in Tuesday and was released on bond.  Mallonee posted bond Friday.

He will appear in court on Monday.
