CALLOWAY COUNTY, Ky. - A Tennessee man will be tried for allegedly running over a woman after an argument in Calloway County, Kentucky.

The Paducah Sun reports the trial will take place this fall after James Cook turned down a plea agreement.

Cook is charged with murder and DUI in the October 2012 death of 37-year-old Desiree Moore of Puryear, Tennessee. Investigators say Cook and Moore argued in a van that was parked in a driveway in Calloway County. They say when Moore got out, she was run over twice, killing her.
